Bottle-Conditioned

Step 1.

 

Send us your beer in an arlington container or IBC, supplied to us at the yeast count you require for your bottled beer

 

Step 2.

 

Tell us the amount of priming sugar to add to the beer and we'll make up a sugar solution using sugar and boiling water, add it to the bulk beer, then we circulate the beer to ensure a good mix of the priming sugar through the bulk liquid

 

Step 3.

 

The bottles pass through the labelling machine and then onto the bottling machine, where they are rinsed with water, filled with beer and have crowns applied.

Step 4.

 

Thereafter, the bottles are packed into trays before going through the shrink wrapper where they are loaded onto a pallet. 

Turn around time is typically 2 days.
